ขอแสดงความยินดีกับ Mr. Yonten Jamtsho ผศ.ดร.พนมขวัญ ริยะมงคล และอ.รัฐภูมิ วรานุสาสน์ ที่ได้รับรางวัล Best Paper Award ในการนำเสนอผลงานวิจัยในงาน InCIT 2019
      วันที่ 24-25 ตุลาคม 2562 ที่ผ่านมา Mr. Yonten Jamtsho นิสิตปริญญาโทสาขาวิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์ ได้เข้าร่วมนำเสนอผลงานทางวิชาการในการประชุมวิชาการนานาชาติ The 4th International Conference on Information Technology (InCIT 2019) ณ Thai-Nichi Institute of Technology กรุงเทพมหานคร โดยในงานนี้ บทความชื่อ Bhutanese License Plate Recognition Using Hu’s Moments and Centroid Difference ซึ่งเขียนโดย Mr. Yonten Jamtsho ผศ.ดร.พนมขวัญ ริยะมงคล และอ.รัฐภูมิวรานุสาสน์ ได้รับคัดเลือกให้ได้รับรางวัล Best Paper Award   ทางภาควิชาวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้าและคอมพิวเตอร์ และคณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์จึงขอแสดงความยินดีมา ณ ที่นี้ด้วย

      Congratulations to Mr. Yonten Jamtsho, Asst. Prof. Dr. Panomkhawn Riyamongkol and Mr. Rattapoom Waranusast that received the Best Paper Award for at InCIT 2019.
      On 24-25 October 2019, Mr. Yonten Jamtsho, a Master's degree student in Computer Engineering participated in presenting a research paper at The 4th International Conference on Information Technology (InCIT 2019) which was held at Thai-Nichi Institute of Technology, Bangkok. In this conference, the article titled “Bhutanese License Plate Recognition Using Hu's Moments and Centroid Difference”, written by Mr. Yonten Jamtsho, Asst. Prof. Dr. Panomkhawn Riyamongkol and Mr. Rattapoom Waranusast was selected to receive the Best Paper Award. The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, and the Faculty of Engineering would like to congratulate their achievement.
